The Nuka-Cola bottler, like other rooms, gains a production bonus from being connected to another of the same type and level. If stats and caps are not a concern, there is little reason not to convert pre-existing gardens and water purification rooms into bottlers. There is also the consideration that the Nuka-Cola bottler uses Endurance, while its counterparts use Agility and Perception.
